Start the new year in the best way with yoga, meditation, journaling plus vegan cake! In this workshop we will take time to reflect on 2024 and set intentions for 2025.
We will move though a gentle flow to connect to the body, before slowing things down with yin poses and a guided relaxation. We’ll then get cosy with a cup of tea, cake and put pen to paper as we work through journaling prompts which encourage us to reflect and set positive intentions.
