Winter Wellness Afternoon
An afternoon of yoga, meditation and breathwork to help you unwind ahead of the busy festive season.

This afternoon is all about slowing down and delving into some quality ‘me time’. The session will start with a short yoga flow to move stagnant energy within the body, before welcoming some stillness in a guided breathwork and meditation session. We will end with a relaxing yin yoga sequence to help you really connect to your internal awareness and find space in both the mind and body. Tea and snacks included. This Wellness Afternoon is for all levels.
