I’m new to yoga - is the platform suitable for me?

Every body is different so this depends on what level of beginner you are. If you are fairly new to movement in general then I’d recommend checking out my YouTube channel first and seeing how you get on before joining the monthly membership. However, if you do other forms of exercise for example Pilates/running/cycling and are used to moving your body, then you should be fine. There are lots of different videos for different abilities, including some slower and more gentle flows.

Can I do the videos more than once?

Yes! Each video will stay on the membership as the platform grows, so you can come back to the same videos over and over again if you’d like to. This can be a great way to see progress.

Can I engage with you and other users?

You absolutely can. It’s not mandatory at all, but each video has a comment section underneath where you can share how you got on with other members. There is also the option to like the videos. I will soon be creating a Facebook group for all subscribers so that our beautiful online community has it’s own little hub. Stay tuned!

Tech

My internet isn’t very fast - will the videos play okay?

This very much depends. The videos are stored through YouTube, so if your device is able to play YouTube videos without buffering issues, you should be fine.

Can I use any device?

Yes, the videos can be played through a phone, iPad or laptop.

Billing

When am I billed?

You are billed monthly on the same date that you signed up.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

That’s fine! I’ll be sad to see you go, but cancelling your membership is nice and easy. Simply go to your account and cancel your plan. You’ll still have access to the content until the end of your billing cycle.

I forgot to cancel and my membership has now renewed, can I get a refund?

I am unable to give refunds on membership, except in extenuating circumstances, so if you’d like to cancel your membership please remember to do this before your billing date.
