Retreat FAQs

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely! Over the course of my time hosting retreats, most of the guests have come on their own. Taking this time for yourself can be a really healing experience. Coming on your own is also a great way to meet a group of like minded, lovely people who may even turn into lifelong friends!

Is the retreat suitable for all ages?

You must be over the age of 18 to attend a retreat, however there is no maximum age! In most groups that I’ve hosted there has been a big range of ages from people in their twenties to people in their seventies. The diversity is one of the things that makes the groups so special.

I’m a beginner to yoga, is the retreat suitable for me?

Yes! Going on a retreat can be a great introduction to the practice. The morning practices will be more energising and the evening practices will be more restorative. The classes are suitable for all levels with option to advance or modify the poses depending on your ability given.

Is the retreat open to all genders?

Yes, the retreats are open to all genders. We welcome diversity! If you are booking a shared room, you will be sharing with a member of the same sex.

I have specific dietary requirements, can these be catered for?

We cater for different dietary requirements, including specific allergies. Please let us know your requirements in your booking form. We offer vegan meals on our retreats and aim to use local, seasonal produce. If there are any food items you simply cannot live without, feel free to bring them along with you.

I’m nervous about a vegan diet! Is there anything that can be done?

For ethical and environmental reasons, our retreats are vegan. This can seem daunting if you are used to a meat-based diet, however we have creative and talented chefs feeding you during your time on retreat. Our aim is that you leave feeling inspired by how nourishing this kind of diet can be. However, this is your experience so if you do want to come along with extra snacks etc. please feel free.

What do I need to bring with me?
