4 Week Yoga for Beginners Course

Are you new to yoga and want to learn more about the practice before joining a regular weekly class? This 4 week course is for you.

Running from Tuesday 7 Jan until Tuesday 28 Jan at 7.15pm, the classes will move at a slower pace and break down the foundations of common yoga poses.

They will be slow flow style sessions, where we learn the principles behind the practice including:

  • the connection between movement and the breath

  • how to move slowly and mindfully, tuning into how each pose feels

  • listening to your body and modifying poses where needed

  • how to use yoga blocks to support your practice

The aim is that you leave this course with a strong foundation and feel confident continuing your yoga journey in a group class setting.

Yoga mats and blocks are provided.
