Join us for an immersive combination of energising yoga and contrast therapy to connect to the elements.

Taking place in a stunning rural setting, this workshop invites you to connect with the 4 elements of water, fire, earth and air.

We will begin with an energising yoga flow with Nikki, incorporating movement and breathwork exercises to prepare the mind and body. The yoga class will take place in the bell tent or outdoors.

After our yoga class, we will work through the traditional Nordic cycle of contrast therapy, alternating between the sauna and cold plunge/cold shower. The sauna has a large glass window overlooking the countryside and provides the perfect space to switch off and sweat it out.

We will end our session with time around the firepit, enjoying a herbal tea and healthy snack before heading home.

The combination of yoga, heat and cold will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed. The perfect way to end your week.
