Join us for an immersive combination of energising yoga and contrast therapy to connect to the elements.

Taking place in a stunning rural setting, this workshop invites you to connect with the 4 elements of water, fire, earth and air.

We will begin by working through an energising yoga flow with Nikki, incorporating movement and breathwork exercises to prepare the mind and body. The yoga class will take place in the purpose built bell tent, complete with log fire.

We will then split into two groups. The first group will spend 45 minutes working through the traditional Nordic cycle of contrast therapy, alternating between the sauna and cold plunge, whilst the other group enjoys a hot drink and snack around the fire. The groups will then switch over.

The combination of yoga, heat and cold will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed. The perfect way to end your week.
