New to Yoga | 4 Week Course | Newent

Are you new to yoga and would like to learn about the practice before attending a regular weekly class? This 4 week course is for you. The classes will move at a slower pace and break down the foundations of common yoga poses.

They will be slow flow style sessions, where we learn the principles behind the practice including:

- The connection between movement and the breath

- How to move slowly and mindfully, tuning into how each pose feels

- Listening to your body and modifying poses when needed

The aim is that you leave this course with a strong foundation and feel confident continuing your yoga journey in a group class setting.

Yoga mats and blocks provided.

Course running 6pm every Thursday for 4 weeks starting 8 January 2026. Taking place at Chamber 22, Newent.
