A 2 hour session to help you rest and restore as we journey into the new season.
Winter is all about slowing down and going inwards, so this session will include yin yoga, meditation and breathwork to help you journey within and find deep rest. We will explore how we can take inspiration from nature to live in a more seasonal way.
Yin yoga is a passive and calming form of yoga where we hold poses for 3-5 minutes, targeting the deep connective tissues and promoting a relaxation response in the mind and body.
The combination of yin yoga, guided meditation and breathwork exercises will help you to connect to a deeper level of internal awareness and take time to slow down during the colder and darker seasons.
Please bring a pillow and a blanket with you to this session. Suitable for all levels of practice.
The Winter Wind Down will take place on Sunday 10th November 4-6pm at Studio 10, Hewlett Road, Cheltenham.
