Sometimes wellbeing can seem over-complicated and a luxury that we just don’t have time to fit into our busy lives. A regular 60 minute yoga class or a long walk in the countryside might seem like a good idea, but I know that in reality it can be a struggle to fit activities like this into our busy schedules.
